CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY
If you are unable to make your booking, we respectfully request that you provide the salon with 24hrs notice for cancellations prior to your appointment time.
As a courtesy, we will text you to confirm your booking 48hrs in advance, to prevent cancellation fees from occurring please respond to your text ASAP. Missing your appointment or giving us less then 24hrs notice may result in a fee equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
Payment must be made before your next appointment can be booked in.
We respect that your time is valuable, and we appreciate that you understand our cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of availability and give us the opportunity to fill that appointment time.
WHAT IF I AM LATE
If you are running late, please let us know and we will do everything we can to accommodate you. However, as a courtesy to our clientele please appreciate that our salon operates to strict timing to ensure all appointments are completed as scheduled. Unfortunately, arriving late will limit the time allocated and we may not be able to perform your complete service but you will continue to incur the full service fee of your original booking.
OUR SERVICE GUARANTEE
Our priority is to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Elm Salon. In the event that you are unhappy with your hair and your service has not turned out as you and your stylist consulted, please contact us within 5 days after the date of your initial appointment, in order to schedule a correction service free of charge. If you contact us after 5 days payment will be required.
We do not refund services, nor do we correct change of mind at no cost. If you are not happy with the service that you and your stylist had agreed on due to change of mind a follow up appointment will incur at full service fee.
Our price list is used as a guideline for services, prices are subject to change.
